I had an authorized RMA from my laptop manufacturer and was told, «I don’t want to TOUCHYOURLAPTOP.» I asked about turnaround time and was told that they do not have a SLA(Service Level Agreement) and it could very well take one month to repair my computer. After driving all the way out there, I did not leave my computer with them for repair. They also wanted me to leave my power adapter and battery with them too.
