Maybe this is an isolated case, one of our BBQ pork bun has patches that looks like mold. The waitress was nice enough to replace our order, however, I find another bun with a small patch that looks like mold. They claimed that the bun are made fresh and there should not be any problem with them…

The first few times I went here, I thought it was pretty good. It was another dim sum place to go to that was decent. Dinner was pretty good too. Recently, I’ve found the quality has gone down the drain. The dim sum is not good and the fried items come out stale. The congee is still decent, as are the soup noodles. I also suggest the pineapple bread that they make in house. They bring it out when they have dim sum and it is quite good. The thing that really bothers me about this place is that the servers are really pushy and bossy. It has been like this the last few times I’ve been there. I feel that they’ve tried to oversell me on items that I don’t want. The prices are pretty reasonable though and if you don’t mind the pushiness, it is a place worth checking out. I just won’t be going back.

Apart from Buford Hwy, and maybe Canton Cooks off of Roswell Rd., I haven’t been able to find Hong Kong style chinese food in Atlanta. It’s great that it’s right by my house in Alpharetta. They serve very authentic Hong Kong seafood type restaurant food, comparable to Canton Cooks. We had one of the hot pots, which came out sizzling and stayed warm in the clay pot all meal. We also had the salt and pepper squid, which had a heavy flavor of onions, but otherwise was crispy and well done. They also have HK style BBQ on the menu that is very reasonable. I think a rice plate of the cha sao(BBQ pork) was only $ 5.75. They also have HK style won ton soup. The ambience is pretty nice, definitely nicer than Canton Cook on the inside. Also, they serve Dim Sum on the weekends. If you live in the area and are craving some HK style chinese restaurant, it’s definitely worth a shot. However, if you live in the city, you can probably find comparable places off of Buford Hwy.
