We stopped in while driving between Bentonville, AR and Branson, MO. No particular reason for choosing this spot, except it was lunch time. Seemed to draw mostly locals, judging from the rural attire. Food was decent and very reasonably priced. Typical burgers and southern food. I had eggs, bacon, etc., the others in our party had sandwiches The only complain was that my request for extra crisp, well-done bacon, wasn’t honored. Dessert was intriguing. The specialty was fried pie. We tried peach and chocolate-peanut butter on the waitresses recommendation. What we got was actually a couple of briefly deep-fried turnovers. Not bad, but not special or unusual. If you hit Alpena on Rte. 62 in NW Arkansas, as good a place as any to stop

The food is good, nothing special. It’s pretty cheap depending on what you order.
