They must have asked me 10 different times for my phone number, they couldn’t find me on their computer. They finally showed the computer to me, they had reversed 2 numbers. I asked to lower my bill, because I was on an old cell phone plan. After being there for 20 minutes while this person learned how to use the computer, for I assume, was the very first time… saved me NO money. «I can’t do that», she said, what I can do is sign you up for a new plan. WTF?! If you’re on Verizon & you don’t want to have a stress headache after trying to explain what you want 10 different times, PLEASEDON’T go to this store!

The customer service of this store is non-existent. I signed up on black Friday for 2 new phones with a total of $ 1100.00 worth of credits but Verizon only gave me $ 1000.00 worth of credits. Verizon says there is nothing they can do and Diamond blames Verizon. I have called Holly, the manager, at least 5 times and she avoids my calls and says she will talk to the district manager, but never calls me back. They are selling Verizon products but do not care about customer service! I am going to keep harassing them until I get what I was promised if it takes me 6 months. DONOTUSETHEM!

This is not a Verizon corporate store, it’s an authorized dealer. They really don’t do anything to your plan that you can’t get done online or over the phone. I stopped in to buy an iPhone 6S but because of their licensing agreement with Verizon they can’t take cash(or debit) for a phone. You can only set up to pay monthly for you new phone. Dumb, if I want to buy my phone outright I should be able to.

I am very disappointed today!!! I have been with Verizon all my life and have never felt so disqusted by customer service ever, until my trip into this store today. My son cracked his cell phone and we went into this store with hopes to attach another phone to our plan, so he could be connected to his parents. After going through the reamer with regards to all the«security questions» which is fine, but I had provided the woman with my correct 5 digit password to get into the account and she did not ask how I spelled it and told me that it was the wrong password. After not getting greeted kindly and then being told that we should have just gone to a «REGULAR» Verizon store kind of defeats the entire purpose of having these littler stores-at least in my opinion. Finally, after spending 20 minutes giving her son, and all other information I was told that I could not get into the account… Lesson for all you readers(Make sure you know this passcode before going into this store). I finally called Verizon and told the man on the phone my passcode and he stated-well that is the passcode we have for you… really? So I spelled the easy word to the women and she gave me this look of disbelief. Finally we were asked to take the phone we had planned to with to out of its case, so that she could obtain some needed numbers, has anyone tried to open these life proof cases on your phones? They are very difficult– I guess i have really taken for granted the good customer service reps at the«Regular» Verizon stores. Got the phone out and sadly it was an ATT phone and she smiled and said, oh we are not going to be able to connect this phone, after she spent 5 minutes watching my son and I try to get the case off. I know that most people make a comment when it’s only negative, but I believe it positive and negative feedback and I always read the reviews before I go anywhere. I am jealous that the folks above me had such great experiences, as my was not so good. I hope the Verizon really looks into the women employee that I worked with today, and gives her feedback on better customer service. My advise to all who opt to go to this store– Don’t go here if you have been to a «REGULAR» Verizon store and experienced what great customer service is like. I will not be returning to this store ever again. Sorry Verizon, but you can do better. ALOHA resident.

This Verizon store pooped up next to my Hairdresser(Platinum Salon and Spa), it is airy, open and has lots of windows. I like it! My husband dragged me into the store to upgrade to the Iphone 6, he pried my old sturdy 4 out of my hands and got me a sleek shiny thin new phone. He got one as well. We were immediately greeted by a charming young man named Leion Thompson, who proceeded to get us hooked up pronto style! It was the easiest and most fun experience I have ever had at a Verizon Store. Leion is very Customer Service focused and made the entire process easy and stress free. We got discounts galore and ended up leaving only having spent $ 52 bucks out of pocket! Not a bad deal. Very happy with my new 6, I wish I had not been so stubborn and upgraded sooner!
