Mr. Santiago help me install a concrete driveway for me. The new driveway match the one that house builder made. I think he’s done a great job!

Santiago built a retaining wall on our property that started cracking and leaning over just a few years. It is now a safety concern as the wall is next to a sidewalk. It was not a cheap job either as he was paid $ 6,000 for putting up the wall. After we had an engineer come look at the property they were in disbelief that the wall had no rebar whatsover supporting it. No footing, no tie ins, and no drainage hole. Santiago refuses to take any accountabiluty for his faulty job. We are filing with the CCB.

Mr. Santiago whom we ‘found’ via the Yellow Pages (how retro!) came to widen our driveway. He dug up some really fine soil and moved as much as I could accommodate to the back for my gardening and did so cheerfully and neatly! He was also able to fix a retaining wall for a very reasonable rate. He did a beautiful job on the driveway and the retaining wall. He is polite, and I think fast, too. I hope we never need concrete work again (would rather eat out or buy clothes or go on a trip), but if we do, Mr. Santiago is our guy.
