All Purpose Cleaners

After leaving my opinion on Unilocal on this service, this is the verbatim comment back I received from the owner, just going to prove he isn’t worthy of my business, or anyone else’s business. I don’t care what he says, but $ 80 for a weekly cleaning of a STUDIO apartment is ridiculously high. If I was only getting it cleaned once a month, that might be reasonable as the place would have had no upkeep, but weekly? Me thinks not. And for the record, I worked in college as a cleaner for a resort down on cape cod, so I fully realize what the job entails. I love his comment on how he would never want his employees to deal with someone like me. Yeah, because someone who pays their cleaner $ 30/​hour is really a horrible person.
Take your aggression elsewhere Ross Rodriguez. Maybe use some of your price gouging tactics and invest in a few yoga classes.

I don’t remember ever talking with you but you are right about us never cleaning a home for $ 45. As a company here in the U.S. I have to pay for supplies, taxes, labor for 2, insurance, gas and myself. Also I would never give a quote of $ 85. I would say $ 80-​$ 90, $ 5 would not make a difference on any cleaning. For a 1 bed/​1bath, 800sq ft would be $ 80. Your 1 star does not affect my company in any way. We are known for having the best prices in Boston and all Metro-​West area, How responsible we are, and how perfect our job is. I take pride of the work we do, i’m glad you found someone to clean your home, because I would never have my employees deal with someone like you. You get what you pay for. –Ross Rodriguez
