My husband is a woodworker. Well, maybe an aspiring woodworker. Therefore, we spend more time & money at this place than I probably spend on Amazon in a year. And I buy entirely too much on Amazon. I know absolutely nothing about woodworking, but the fantastic staff has always been able to help me find gifts for my husband. The employees know their stuff and they are very friendly. They may be more expensive than online, but they have great sales and you can’t beat the employee assistance(or the fact that quite a bit of their product is made right here in America, a huge plus for us). They have classes and books and demos and all that jazz, but I keep my visits to 3 to 4 times a year solo to buy a gift, and then the every 2 – 3 weeks with my husband to get something he needs. They know us by name at this point. This is probably a bad thing… :)
