I used them because I purchased my car from Vinnart and loved the customer service. This experience was no exception! Everyone was fantastic to deal with and the repairs were done early. I was kept apprised with test messages and photos through the whole thing! Even when something went wrong they fixed it immediately and even helped me navigate some insurance issues! Would highly recommend them!

Wouldnt recommend it. They had my car to be repaire. I had to go back 2 times to get it right. So much hassle. Never on time to give my car back. In addition the invoice was $ 465 over the estimate. I called the manager left a massage never called me back. Disappointed

Took my car in to get paint repair under warranty. After I picked up the car, it looked ok at first glance. Once I actually got to look at the job, i noticed there are dust specks under the paint to the point where you feel the bumps in the finish. Called Vinart today to get it looked at and corrected… We’ll see how this goes. If they paid more attention, this wouldn’t be happening.

In the 9 years we have lived here, 3 of our 4 cars needed body work. Teens drivers, fender benders. This body shop, after our first event in 2004, has been our first choice when the insurance company asked our preference. The work completed has always been beautiful. Any lingering issues (there were a couple) were taken care of without a fuss.
You can be sure VINART will remain our first choice for body work.

This is a good place to be, in case car needs to be fixed. They get in touch with your insurance company and are accomodating. They have enterprise rental guys nearby. Overall good experience.
