Thirsty Towels

The bathrobes were made in China and super cheap material. Refused to refund!!! Will never ever buy again from them!

I wanted a robe as a Christmas gift. I emailed with this business several times and decided to order a robe from them. That was in November. They billed my credit card immediately but two weeks later the robe still hadn’t shipped. I became concerned when they started giving me evasive response to my questions about when to expect the robe. They did finally ship the robe after I contacted several time (they told me they had already shipped it but UPS had the real dates on their tracking page). So they were lazy and they lied. Finally I told them to route the package back to themselves as there was no way it was going to arrive in time for the holidays. They still wanted to deliver it and have me pay to ship it back. I warned them no one would be home to accept delivery because we were going to be away for the holidays. When I got home, UPS tracking said the package had been left at my front door but there was no package there. These people caused me way too much aggravation for way too long. I have no idea if their product is any good but the company is much to irresponsible to trust with your business. This is a terry cloth bathroom. There is no reason for it to be so difficult. By the way, I went on– line this morning and ordered a robe from another Turkish Towel company and it has already been shipped
