Seriously Horrible. I never write reviews but this place destroyed my hair. I asked the instructor when I walked in if they had anything similar to a Malibu hair treatment so she recommended a cleanse. The «cleanse» destroyed my hair, literally fried it! I get it a hair school but it was the instructor who told the girl to do it. Chloe (the student) was such a sweetheart but I wouldn’t pay $ 60 to have my hair ruined again. I would recommend people to just spend the extra money and get it done properly & avoid this place at all costs.

I was contacted by the owner of the school (who was amazing!) and she resolved the issue. Although my hair was pretty much donezo she was sweet enough to mail me a box of goodies to bring my hair back to life as well as a refund. This fantastic customer service would encourage me to give this place one more shot!
