I was drawn to T-Mobile because of a more reasonable plan they were offering. I have the occasional coverage issue(ie.dropped calls). I can deal with these for the price I’m paying. The store is clean and the staff is great and knowledgeable. But it took them about 2 hours to switch my phone over. Next time I purchase my next phone I will plan accordingly. I also purchased a tablet and they didn’t have any accessories for it. I was told that the cover would be ordered. I returned a week later and nothing. I returned a month later and still no accessories. I guess my business was not that important. I will be ordering my accessories online.

I have been with tmobile for several years but only because the data service was cheap. Over the last year i have changed phones and had some issue. The people have been outstanding. Today angle really helped out and i wanted to be sure and say so publicly. That again.

Got great, helpful service here. I had a huge issue with a phone not shipping and customer service was no help. Even in the store they were pushing back but the store manager took my case to the top and got me help. It was very much appreciated. They had a trainee on the register who messed up a couple of times processing the order — but hopefully she has caught on and they don’t have much turnover. Environment is clean and enticing and I always get acknowledged upone entrance. Sometimes there’s a good wait — but I’m pretty patient with such matters. The key is they resolved a difficult issue and even went through my plan carefully(I have four phones) to make sure I was getting the best rate possible. Accessories are very over-priced and better bought at box stores or online — but that’s not the staffs fault.
