Had the pleasure of having Henry and AJ clean the carpets in my home. They did an awesome job. Professional, courteous and quick, all carpeting came out very clean and furnishings were well protected. Dried well in less than 12 hours. Would highly recommend Henry and AJ both extremely hard working. Awesome results, very pleased, will definitely use again.

I had Henry and Emile out today to clean my carpets in my home. They did a great job. My old stained carpets look better than I thought they could and they were very professional and hard working. I appreciate the attention to detail and their courtesy.

Had a second request to clean the tile in our kitchen as we were satisfied with the first cleaning a year ago. The staff has always been professional and had no problems with them. My only gripe is the hook for more money if your room is «L» shaped. It doesn’t matter that the size is under the SF allowance.

Set-​up my appointment online for Good Friday. Guys arrived on time. Both staff members were professional, friendly and courteous. Job was finished quickly. Carpet looks and smells good. No complaints. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Porcelain tile cleaning was just okay. 3 stars to the cleaners and the company’s willingness to send them back out to try and correct issues. The workers that showed were pleasant and on-​time, and had good intentions to do a great job, I don’t think it’s their fault what happened. The grout color, which I asked to be offered in case we needed it when I booked the apt, wasn’t in the truck. In the end, didn’t need it but hey, I might have. Also, we have porcelain tile and after close inspection, the clear grout sealer left hazy residue outside the lines of the grout. I called them after they left and, without hesitation, immediately came back out the next morning. The person that answered the phone said he’d actually had something similar happen at his home after his firm cleaned his tile. Hmmm. When they returned the tech said «I’ve never seen this in 5 years.» Maybe that’s true, but I don’t think our tile is that unusual for that’s almost all the type of tile they sell these days for large areas of living space. They did their best but a day later, I’m down on my knees scrubbing it off in quite a few more places. Also note: the workman said they don’t clean natural stone, yet their agreement/​invoice says so they do at the top. he could tell me why he said one thing but the paperwork said something different. So, it’s hard to tell if they really know all about tile and stone. I’d have to say that maybe carpet is best handled by Stanley Steemer… but tile? Don’t know.

NICE JOB! The technicians arrived early in the window I was given (9a-​Noon) and I received a call from the office when they were on their way… I really appreciated that. Very courteous technicians and the carpet came out better than expected. I would highly recommend!

No call until way after appointment time. Prices are way higher than should be for the small space I wanted. Since they did not show up after second scheduled appt. I went somewhere else (which happened again). :(

Went on the web site to get a quote and book an appointment. Hardwood floors come up at 94.00 but in small print it says 1.00 per sq ft. When you finish the quote, the hardwoods shows the 9400 plus tax so you think thats your price. The web site is very deceptive.
