Sprint Store

Had an issue with them adding things to the account by miss leading the details. It’s never good business to put sales before customer service. I won’t speak for the entire store but the store manager Christian was completely disinterested in dealing with the problem and instead passed it back off to the sales guy Steven who of course denied everything. If it wasn’t for corporate I’d be leaving sprint all together. Honesty, professionalism, and customer service are the building blocks of a good business. Fail.

I’m not drinking the Kool-​Aid that this place is five star worthy because my experience with them wasn’t really out of the ordinary from what you should expect in terms of customer service.
The difference is that the other Sprint Store on MacArthur Road is so damn awful with their lying and indifferent staff that anything even resembling normality is a breath of fresh air.
I also had Jason and he was great with trying to combine two separate plans into a new family plan. It took a bit longer than everyone anticipated but he got the job done and everything so far seems fine in terms of billing.
I guess I’m taking more of a «I’ll believe it when I see it» approach that while I had a good experience this time it may take another visit or two to get me to buy into the idea that this place is finally giving Spring a good name instead of constantly giving the parent company a black eye like the other store has been doing now for years.
Three stars for now, but maybe more in the future.

This place ROCKS, they really know how to treat the customer, they don’t try to sell you as soonas you walk into the store, Jason is very pleasant to talk to on the phone, when I got in he actually remembered the conservation we had 30 minutes prior, took me in right away dealt with my issue I had with the phone, Andrew the tech took a look at the phone and fixed it with in minutes, Chris the Assistant Manager is very friendly and appreciates all his staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY OF YOUR SPRINT NEEDS.
