If you go on a Friday, the sarcastic and nasty and slow older gentleman will likely drive you out of the office! If you go on weekends, the facility manager, Sharon, seems totally on top of it and wants complete customer satisfaction. The awful man on Fridays is impatient, rolls his eyes, huffs his breath, and also only works there on Fridays. Whoever owns this business likely needs Sharon to work there all the time. Otherwise, Metro will have minus profits from this guy.
