Best place for the kids! Want great service & a local product you must check out menchie’s !! Constantly changing flavors, employees super friendly, & of course a better option than ice cream!

I have been here twice, and the staff was above and beyond friendly. The shop itself is very clean. Ample outdoor seating. I wish the frozen yogurt was more flavorful but its still very good. There is a nice variety of toppings to chose from. It is pretty pricey unless you only get a smidgen of ice cream.

Mediocre is the best way of putting it. The cashiers were inattentive and rude Apparently, you got a free waffle cone, but he only happened to tell the group of HS girls about it. Definitely sample the flavors, about 80% of them were gross. We found some decent ones, but it doesn’t live up to any real competition.

If you are out and about and have a craving for something creamy… Try Menchie’s. The free spoon(unless you put it in the cup when they weigh it) is really cool and you get to keep it. Getting the yogurt can be a hassle if it is busy. There is barely any room to move, and once you step out of line, you might have to go to the end of the line just to get back in. The toppings bar has loads and loads of amazing toppings. The fruit toppings were really fresh. Try it out for yourself and see if you like it. It’s always worth giving a new place a chance. BUT… BEWARE, the price is 51 cents + tax per oz. and it adds up quick. If I get a BOGO I will definitely return.

Without a BOGO coupon I’m pretty sure that I never would have come here. Now without that BOGO coupon I’m not sure I have a reason to come back. The first negative here is that this place is very small. I mean like claustrophobia small and when it’s gets busy here between people paying, getting yogurt, sitting around, standing around, trying to put their noses up against the machines to see what flavors there are, you truly have no room to move. The yogurt itself was OK. None of the flavors were avant garde as most were middle of the road safe/boring choices.(Mint, Peach, Coconut, Chocolate, Vanilla) The serious downfall with the yogurt was that it melts in the cup waaaaaay too fast. The toppings area was more or less the same as you would find at any other fro-yo place like So Fun or Yo Fresh. Some fruit, some candy, some peanut butter/caramel toppings, etc. The serious downfall with the toppings area is that people are such slobs that there had to be one employee in this area non-stop with a paint brush sweeping all of the waste/droppings off of the counter into a small container to be thrown away. The outside seating is a hell of a laugh. There is nothing like sitting outside enjoying your melting yogurt with the ambiance of the strip mall, parking lot and highway surrounding you.(It gives me goosebumps just thinking about it.) If you waste, I mean take, the time to read Menchie’s website their mission statement is big on rhetoric but after seeing this place in action it comes across as a bunch of crap because they really are NOT any better then the other ten zillion fro-yo places in the area all peddling the exact same stuff and if anything I would argue that they have fewer toppings than Yo Fresh along with their yogurt not having nearly enough flavor. I suppose with a BOGO coupon I could be enticed to come back but past that I’ll stick with a place like The Cup. At least they don’t pretend to be healthy and you know their stuff packs flavor with price value. I can’t say the same for Menchie’s.
