McDonald’s

I grew up on McDonald’s and love the place but this location needs to have the employees retrained! Food is always over cooked fries horrible service is pointless they always have a cone up and only one lane fish fillet is ak way gross it’s a shame cause I really like McDonald’s but it this location. I hope they improve or they will fail.

Maybe if I’m unlucky I roll into this McD’s twice a year as it’s a little far out of my regular travels. While they are a fully renovated «new-​ish» location which has a double drive thru window, the last three times I’ve been here over the last two years there is always a cone sitting outside blocking the entrance to one of the lanes.
So with the right lane blocked, we along with the over four cars in line all went left.
The order was placed perfectly fine and then that’s when everything got stupid.
We get to the payment window and the guy says $ 7.41 as I’m giving him my card. It takes me a moment to have everything click realizing that I just ordered for four people and that my total was nearly twenty-​one dollars. I inform the guy and he looks at his screen looks at me then looks at the screen again while hitting a few buttons then mumbles something to the tune of F-​it while giving my card back with a receipt for $ 7.41 while telling me that «I’m good».

I get to the next window and attempted to do the right thing by telling the woman what happened at the other window and not wanting someone else to get stuck with my bill to which she looks at the screen of backed up orders and then says to me that she has «no clue what the hell is going on, but if the other window charged you seven bucks then I guess you owe seven bucks».

She hands us three bags and everything is there minus the apple slices I ordered but hey, I’ll take the fifty cent hit as they just gave me a thirteen dollar and change discount because no one wanted to figure out how/​why the orders became mixed up.
Not that McD’s has much of a good name to tarnish but this location gives haters and the media the ammo it needs to constantly throw some serious shade on this chain. I mean in a brief bit of social commentary, it strikes me as crazy that some people working in this industry are asking for the kind of wages that they are when you get this type of service and/​or caring about the end product.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Never even got my food. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I pulled out of the lane, went inside and got my money back. Once inside, there was people standing in line with cold burgers and messed up orders. Not my first issue with this McDonald’s, but that’s fine. I won’t be back.

I decided to give McDonald’s one last chance, and they messed up big time!
(OK, for a disclaimer, this McDonald’s and most others mess up nearly all the time.)
I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it turned out all buttery, over-«mayonnized», and cold. The French fries were not much better. I am shocked at how busy this place can be, and there is only one person behind the counter whenever I have gone there. Average wait time = 30 minutes. All this adds up to being McDonald’s being the rough in the gems surrounding it, and it is sad that this location is still open, amidst new competition like Five Guys, PJ’s and even Red Robin.

This is the 2^nd time I’ve used the drive thru, and put up with long wait times and poor attitudes from the staff. The girl handing me my food opened the window, passed me my drink, then food, then closed the window… no «hello» no «sorry about the wait» not even telling me what she was handing me to make sure it was right. Last time I came I made the mistake of asking a different girl for napkins after she closed the window in my face. I had to wave my hands to get her attention and was met with a dirty look. I don’t care how busy this place gets, it’s not difficult to treat your customers with respect. This is definately a sign of poor management. I won’t be back to this location

I can’t stress enough how awful this McDonalds location is. The service is the slowest possible service I have ever experienced. On top of that, I noticed a young girl with thick long hair handling food without her hair tied back. I’m surprised this location hasn’t been shut down yet. I went for breakfast and ordered hot cakes and an egg McMuffin, and waited 20 minuets before my order came up. Not even worth rating the one star. Save yourself the misery of going here and go to another McDonalds.

Horrible… dirty. managed by a lazy disrespectful unprofessional woman who should be removed. .does not require anything from her staff to earn their check and the customers happiness is last on her list… the safety of the kids in the playroom is also of little importantance to her. this is no representation of McDonalds.

I wish I could give no stars… This is the worst McDonald’s is being kind everyone has their head up their a**…I’m done with them… this was the 3^rd time I got my money back cuz I refused to wait… the owner must be making some kind of money or just doesn’t care. He needs all new management team…

I went here for breakfast. I did find service to be slow, but the food consistent with other McDonald’s. I went to check out the play place. They have a toddler section with interactive music elements that my daughter enjoyed. Seemed a bit dirty — but probably on par with other similar type places. Good place to kill time out of the house.

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Do not go if you have food allergies. They will not pay attention when you tell them no cheese. Even put cheese when we ordered hamburgers plus manager hung up when we called to get the food order corrected. Would put zero stars if I could. Grimy floor, slow service and got the wrong food. Trifecta fail!

This isn’t necessarily directed toward Cedar Crest McDonald’s, although they tend to disappoint as well… but rather the one on 15^th St… I went through the drive-​thru and noticed before driving away that I was missing a large fry (they ALWAYS forget something) The stingy fry guy gave me a bag with a large container only a quarter full… or ²⁄₃ empty, to be a pessimist about it. I didn’t realize I’d been ripped off until I got home. I was extra pissed too because for once they were actually good and fresh and he shorted the sh! t out of it. On a different occasion, they shorted me 4 nuggets in a 20 piece… That’s ¹⁄₅ of my meal! I don’t know why I don’t boycott this place… if it wasn’t for alcohol, I would.

If I could give it NO stars I would. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Stopped by to get some burgers and fries at 1am. Get home only to find the food is disgusting looking and tastes even worse. If you are going to be open 24 hours then make fresh food, don’t give me food that has been sitting there for hours! The burgers I ordered were stale, nasty and dry, they had a hint of ketchup on them, and one even had mustard and ketchup when it shouldn’t have any mustard on it at all. No onions, and some really poor excuse for pickles. The fries also looked like they had been left out since yesterday, so much so they had a hint of green on them. I couldn’t even finish my meal because it was that disgusting! If you aren’t going to even try to serve decent food then just close your doors because you are the poorest excuse of a McDonald’s I have ever seen!
DO NOT EAT HERE EVER! WASTE OF MONEY!

Very slow drive-​thru service.
Ordered a Shamrock Shake and it was disgusting and so green that it looked radioactive. I enjoy Shamrock Shakes, but not when they are made here.
Will not visit this location again.
