We are confused, my hubby was offered 2 pairs of prescription glasses for $ 199,and I asked why would we need 2 pairs of the same glasses, the optician started to explain something about the thin lens needed for one frame, then he broke off and figured the price for one pair to be $ 287,oh, wait a minute, you get a Triple A discount, that makes it $ 198,and if you choose the second frame, oh wait, that is on sale for $ 30 less, don’t look at the price on the frame, and so it went, not sure what the real true price is after all that, seemed like wheeling and dealing to me, and we are NOT going back, In response to your note to us, we have no interest in pursuing any further contact with this store, its staff or any higher up management, there is nothing to explain, on OUR part, we just intend to steer clear of any business when the experience has been uncomfortable for us, As in, we have no trust in Doing business with a store that operates In this manner,

Absolutely disgusting service here. They are only out for the sale, not to gain a customer. The owner/manager/whatever he is, is the worst of them all. NEVER fall for his line of «oh let’s try this new brand out for 6 months, then we’ll order more» because guess what? Insurance only allows 1 visit a year so when those first 6 months are up, you’re screwed for paying for new contacts. It’s a damn shame because I did like my new frames(no I did not need 2 thanks though) and the store was close. I will tell every one I know to avoid this store.
