This place declined an oil change because it was 6+ hours before closing the day before a Holiday, while conceding they could do it well before closing. This no sense would be forgivable as a miscommunication or lapse in judgement, were it not so obviously evasive and rude. I would never return to this place — it has potential for worse experiences. These people do a disservice to the Firestone name.
I went instead to the Firestone on Turner Street in Allentown, where service was correct, prompt and courteous!

I got the Best service on my car at this location… Manager of this store is really nice person and polite … She is very helpful and explains the work needed. I am glad that I brought my car here.

Bethlehem, PA
Went in for an oil change, and waited around for a while in the waiting room because there was only 1 guy in the check in area. Got checked in and gave them my keys. Wait was long even with an appointment. Another person paraded a bunch of papers about what the technician found was «questionable» on the vehicle and needed work. Got upsold on something unnecessary from the «manufacturer’s recommendations». Cost me an arm and a leg for service I didn’t ultimately need. I won’t be returning, and suggest no one else go here, either.
