CVS Pharmacy

Traveling through Allentown and needed a few things. They had everything I wanted and served me well.

I have been a lifetime CVS customer– but never again will I use this CVS location. I. Called in a prescription that was a prepackaged gel, and the woman went to the shelf to confirm they had it in stock but refused to pull it. So I said I would come back in an hour… Almost 2 hours later I went and the same woman told me it would be another 30 minutes… For then to pull something from a shelf. Already irritated I said I would come back the next day. Which I did, at which point I was informed they lost my insurance info so they would have to call Blue Cross and I’d have to wait another 30 minutes… I’d love to say this is the first bad experience I’ve had here but it’s not. I was previously a customer at 2 Richmond, VA and 1 Philadelphia CVS locations and never had any problems like I do here.
