My daughter and I went through the drive thru and we attempted to use a survey code receipt for a free spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. At this same location 2 weeks earlier we did the same thing with the intention of paying the difference from the original sandwich and the employee did not charge us anything for the upgrade to spicy or cheese. Rachel told us we cannot use the coupon. We mentioned to Rachel, who we believe to have been a manager, that we had used a different survey code receipt 2 weeks prior and we were able to use the coupon just fine. She immediately got an attitude with us, interrupted our explanation, and proceeded to scold us to never do this again and that she would give it to us this time. She said we would still have to pay for the cheese and I quote her saying «unless of course she gave you that for free too» in a sarcastic yet obnoxious way. We replied yes, in fact she had. The situation was very uncomfortable for my family and I. This is not what we have come to expect from CFA. 4 weeks earlier we had visited the same location as we often do and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. We received a regular chicken sandwich. We told Rachel on that day as well about our issue and she proceeded to make us another sandwich incorrectly. Again a regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy. What happened tonight really was the last straw for us and we will never go to this location again. We will be posting this review to Unilocal and Google reviews as well.

I love it here, Kids love it here! Great place to eat and play.

Excellent food and great service! Spicy chicken sandwich is my fave! Their staff is always very courteous and it’s great that they offer beverage refills while you’re sitting at your table!

Awesome place. Also they have good food that works well with my weight watcher plan. The workers in Trexlertown are extremely polite and friendly. I ordered something from the drive thru that they forgot to put in my bag. When I called them, just to see if it was there, the manager came on the phone and was overly apologetic. She was so sweet. She insisted we come in for a couple lunches on them. Not necessary I said — but she said we insist! Now that’s great customer service

My family loves Chick FIL A. It’s very family friendly! My kids love the play ground, they always have plastic adhesive table covers and «bendy» straws so my 3 year old doesn’t tip his drink all over himself. They have the best lemonade, warm cookies, and chicken soup. My kids love that you can return the toy in the kids meal for a cup of ice cream.

My wife and I decided to dine here this evening. We enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and the positive attitudes and happy nature of the employees. However, my fries and my sandwich were cold and the frosted lemonade seemed more like ice dream with a dash of lemon.
The service was good, but there was no return to the table to check on us and see how things were. That was a tad bit disappointing because I know how much they press that with the crew.
Not terrible, but not the best CFA experience I’ve ever had.

First time ever I was charged for seltzer water with the explanation that the carbonation cost.

This place made my day! Seriously, what a pleasant unexpected experience. Long story short, the drive thru woman was very pleasant to the point where my mother was surprised hearing her over the Bluetooth. Then, Chris greeted me at the window. I was SO surprised about his customer service. Literally I wasn’t going to accept what he was offering me because it was too nice and good to be true. But in fact his service, kindness and the drive thru girl were absolutely above and beyond. Thank you very much you made my day!

Spicy chicken deluxe. Nuff said.

My wife and I went through the drive-​thru at this location twice within the past week. The first time, they forgot to include the sauces & ketchup we specifically requested while placing the order and the second time they included ketchup but not the sauce. Both times the employee taking the order conformed our order, including the ketchup & sauce requests prior to us pulling up to the window.
It’s annoying to have to run back into the lobby & stand in line again, especially the second time, when the employee handing us the order assured us that both the sauce & ketchup were in the bag…
The food is great and the chocolate milkshake is the best of any fast food restaurant I’ve tried, but I’m only able to give 4 stars.

My favorite Chick-​fil-​A … probably because it’s only about 10 min from home.
As with most other CFAs, this location is consistently on top of its game, for fast food. Great service, great food, great dining experience. Also, fairly easy access to some major roads.

Fast food is fast food but this place has healthy options which taste great. Fast service, clean, friendly. Sweet tea could be sweeter for my taste.

I don’t usually eat fast food but somehow I don’t think of this place as fast food like Wendy’s or Burger King or any of these toxic places that poison your body. But Chick-​fil-​A is an exception for the flavors of the chicken to their salad and they have the best Lemonade. The staff is also very professional greet you with a smile, place is clean. Also you have to try their soft ice cream it’s a must.
Will be back for sure.

Chick-​fil-​A is my all-​time favorite restaurant when you think about food in terms of happiness per dollar. I was here with my two younger brothers, both of whom got the twelve-​piece chicken nugget meal with lemonade, and I got the eight-​piece chicken nugget meal with lemonade. And Chick-​fil-​A sauce, which is my absolute favorite sauce in the world!
Next time, though, I’m going to suggest we share our lemonades — as people who typically drink water, none of us finished our enormous lemonades. Everything else was gone in ten minutes, though.

We go to a bunch of Chick-Fil-A’s in the area, and this one rates very highly. Great service, great food and the all-​important play area.
And back a few years ago, my daughter’s friend was allergic to gluten so we wanted «grilled chicken nuggets» — and it was not on the menu at the time. This was one of the few locations that was happy to do it for us.
So kudos to them for that!

Tasty and fresh classic CFA sandwich. Diet lemonade had good tang albeit too sweet. Why are diet versions always sweeter than regular? Cole slaw just ok but I wanted to skip the fries tonight –still a 2 hour drive home. Next time two sandwiches!

Everytime I go there the employees are always very nice … A tad overly nice to the point where it weirds me out because I am not used to being treated so nicely by fast food employees.
I love their chicken salad sandwich.

Food is great and best customer service on the planet.
I like their model. Super simple menu with high quality food and drink.
Only negative is they aren’t open on Sunday at the Trexlertown location or anywhere else.

Lunch! After 4 hour non-​stop driving! Time to relax before work. But where are the flowers?
Don’t get me wrong. I am not too crazy about flowers and I hardly buy them either. (Sorry!)
But Chick-​fil-​A always has fresh flowers on each table and I kind of love it…
So far over the past couple of years I probably dined at 10 different locations in 4 or 5 different states for maybe more than 20 times. But I have NEVER come across a Chick-​fil-​A location without flowers on each dining table. So I spoked to the young lady who was working in the dining area and asked the question. «Why are there no flowers on the tables?» She wasn’t sure why and later came back to me and said this store puts flowers on the tables only once a month. That’s sad, I thought. I hope that is not the new policy of Chick-​fil-​A overall.
However the food was great as usual, and the cashier’s service was really good, offering to bring my food to the table when it’s ready. But the dining room area service was not as good as most other stores where they come to your table to clear the tray and offer free refill of your ice tea, etc.
Please decorate your tables with flowers, just like all other Chick-​fil-​As!

It’s pretty hard to fault CFA for much because more than anything their best attribute is that they truly personify what chain restaurant dining should be about with their relentless pursuit of consistency.
I’ve eaten at about ten different CFA’s and quite honestly I really can’t think of a time when I’ve been disappointed. Underwhelmed? Maybe, but never disappointed.
That said, this CFA is as clean, efficient and friendly as any other.
The only thing that I’m going to nit pick a star off of them for is that they consistently like to be cheap with their nugget sauces. I mean most people would like more than one for a twelve piece so why not just offer more and quit the crap of people needing to beg for more?
But like I said that’s picking nits and I’m sure in the future if we’re in the Trexlertown area with the need for Good Ol’ Christian Chicken, we’ll be here.
