Way too expensive, $ 53 to diagnose, $ 40 to transfer files onto their way over priced flash drive, $ 40, when they know you’re in a bind. The same flash drive costs $ 10.95 on Amazon. Avoid this repair facility if you want to be treated fairly.

I’ve been here a couple of times for some consultation, and to have my old VHS family tapes converted into DVDs. The employees were very friendly, helpful, and they got my DVD order back to me really quickly. They also made sure to tell me that if I had any problems at all with the DVD, that I could call them anytime and they would make me a brand new one for no charge.
