VERY MISLEADING. Unless you know exactly what you’re looking for in the supplement market, I suggest you go to another nutrition store like Ultimate Sports Nutrition, GNC, etc. If you don’t have at least some knowledge on supplements, the staff will give you false recommendations for their own interest to gain profits. Why? Because this location rarely gets any traffic. They need to make sales, and so they will MISLEAD you to purchase products you don’t need. I came back because I realized the product I was «suggested» to use wasn’t even for my age group. I came back to return it (still brand new) and the manager said there would be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on that product that I paid a lot for. I simply asked for store credit, and they wouldn’t even comply. (Note: The receipt said refunds up to 30 days after purchase) Terrible customer service. I called another location to complain, and found out they run under the SAME management. NEVER will I go to buy supplements at any «Total Nutrition» label stores ever. I’m sure other locations have better management, but they give the brand a terrible reputation. I highly suggest you DO NOT go to this store either.
