I just called this guy to get a price on getting mine and my girlfriends phone fixed (cracked screen)…when I asked how much it would be he said «I’m not interested in giving out a bunch of prices» and hung up… Okay, I’m not interested in giving you any of my money.

Ran into some problems with the service. Turns out they didn’t fix the right thing (the inflated/​bad battery was pushing the screen out, and they completely missed it even though they had the phone open with the battery visible).
It took a lot of conversing before the owner finally acquiesced to fix it (He didn’t see where he had any fault). Although it took more convincing than I would have liked, they did fix the issue. I found out afterwards my wife also had an issue when they replaced her iPhone speaker — so I’m not sure how I feel about using them again.

Walked in to get shattered screen replaced on iPhone 5c. They had it fixed within 30 minutes. $ 99 plus tax but better than having to buy a new phone. Can’t beat quick and friendly service.

After a horrible repair and CPRC in Mesquite I took my phone here based off Unilocal reviews. I was not disappointed. The guy showed me the real Samsung parts in box he would use. The phone screen assy was replaced and work great. You can tell quality parts were used compared to the Chinese parts installed two weeks earlier. I did pay $ 216 but you get what you pay for. Just regret I didn’t come here first.

I took my poor, smashed up iPhone 5 here based on the three five star reviews and how close it is to my house. I can only add my own enthusiastic recommendation to the list. My screen was repaired speedily and the service was honest and friendly. When I discovered the phone was no longer working correctly a couple of days later, rather than implying it was because the phone had been dropped in the first place, I was greeted with concern. 45 minutes later the phone was like new again with apologies that I had to come back and no extra charges tagged on. I wish more businesses were this competent, friendly and ethical.

My iPhone 4s would not hold a charge. Scheduled an appointment online with Apple Genius bar. Showed up early and signed in. While waiting my turn one of the guys ran diagnostics on my phone. He said the battery needed to be replaced at a charge of $ 80. I waited for 40 minutes and was told «There are only one or two people ahead of you.». This was 40 minutes after my scheduled appt start time. While waiting in line I called Sozo Cell Phone repair. They are close to my house. Paul told me he could change the battery. I asked what the cost was and it turns out to be about HALF of what Apple wanted to charge. Drove back to Allen from Willowbend Mall and he had the battery changes in less than 15 minutes. Much better price and better customer service.

Had a cracked screen, brought it in and about 40 mins later my screen was replaced and looked amazing. Paul is really good at what he does, and very knowledgeable. Safe to say that all my phone services for me and my family will be done here.

This place is awesome! They replaced my screen on my iPhone and there was a problem with it so they warrantied their work and replaced the screen a second time free of charge!

This store is owned & operated by a guy named Paul who has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 18 years. He knows how to work on & fix any & all telecommunications device no matter what’s wrong with it. If your device has water damage, there’s a good possibility that he might be able to bring it back to life. So, if you have issues with your phone, MP3 player, portable gaming device, any Apple device, or hardware issues with your laptop, be sure to bring it to him!
