I never had a problem with this McDonald’s with the 5 months I lived in Allen. I came here tonight through the drive through my bill was 14.35 I gave them 20.35 I got back 8.65 and the wrong ticket sat in line 20 min until we got to the window she gives us the wrong order we try telling her and give her back money she takes the bag back and keeps us at the window 10 more min my BF finally said I’ll meet you inside he came out with 7.60 and food I looked inside it looked correct with 2 apple pies added we got home nothing was right. Thank goodness we live close we went back up there got our order correctly the manager refused to see us and told the girl to just fix it. NOT GOOD MANAGEMENT LITTLE HISPANIC GUY NAMED JOSE!

I go there every Friday never had a problems with them great customer service always clean and always go there every day if I wanted to. Awesome job thank you so must and more to.

They never NEVER get my order correct! When they ask you what sauce you want please make sure they put it in your bag. I never get the sauce I ask for ever. Fries cold about 80% of the time. Sad.

I’m a sucker for McD’s…not my proudest admission. However, this location is closest to me, so I eat here once in a while. I’ve always had good experiences at this location. My food is always fresh and good. I mostly do drive thru, but I’ve been inside a few times, which has been clean.

FILTHY. it’s usually nice but the last few visits have been downright NASTY. Service is quick but geez, clean the place.

This has got to be THE worst place I’ve ever eaten at. I wish I could rate it no stars, or better yet negative. The food here is beyond disgusting. Have you seen the burgers? They’re GREY. Not brown like REAL meat is supposed to be. Yuck. Watch out because even their water is probably 1000 calories.

My 6 year old loves chicken nuggets so we end up here pretty frequently. If you order chicken nuggets, make sure you check for BBQ sauce (even if you already asked for it). The food we get here is always as ordered (with the exception of BBQ sauce being included). I really like that they have an option of apple slices for the kids meal. Diet coke is really good at this location. Rating 4 stars as comprable to other fast food/​McDs.

I never eat at Micky D’s unless it’s the ONLY option, or when they have their Monopoly promotion (and then I just get coffee or tea for my game pieces). I dig me a chance to win money or prizes.
Last night was a fluke, I waited too long to eat, Holy Crap it was 10:15! So I asked myself what was close and fast. «Micky D’s has Monopoly» I thought to myself as I threw my shoes on.
The menu states which products have the game pieces on them. So I chose #10 combo, supersized (do they call it that anymore?). 10 Mcnuggets and large fries, beverage is the best case scenario to get a butt load of game pieces (6 in all).
Excited I rushed home to see what I received. When I opened the bag I was reminded that I went to a McDonald’s! The large fries were ice cold and only filled up half of the sleeve. The Mcnuggets were all ice cold, congealed, and hard as a rock, not one of them edible. The coke was on point though, lol.
BTW I got a Park Place! Anybody have a Boardwalk?

THEY SHOULD HAVE TURNED OUT QUALITY!
No one answered when I called last night. I finally got a manager this morning who is willing to replace the meal. I hope this one is better. I will let you know.
PS. YES this is a fast food review, but hey, gets me another «first to review»!
