This place is ran by kids, like every fast food place in Allen, but they need serious training. I saw multiple sanitation issues in the 5 minutes it took to make my sandwich. Touching hair, face, cellphone and then the prep line? Putting on gloves(with dirty hands) instead of washing is where I drew the line and said something. They even put away meat/cheese without any covering. Wonder how often those coolers are cleaned? Their food may be great but it’s only a matter of time before someone gets sick.

Stopped by yesterday mid afternoon for a quick lunch & it was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a very long time. I wasn’t sure what to get but Ryan & Dalton were quick to make some suggestions. I had the #7 mikes way & it was fantastic! Thank you Ryan & Dalton for a great lunch… I will be back!

Coming back to edit this review because as i said previously giving kuddos where it is due is very important to me! The owner of this establishment actually went out of her way to prrsonally call and apologize on an online order for my family not beinh ready. I did an online order at 6:28 then received confirmation email saying my order would be ready at 6:43. I knew I would be a bit later than that so that was fine I just needed it ready when I arrived! Needless to say it was not ready, they also had no white bread. My order had not been touched. The employee Dalton said he had to check with the manager who received the order. Yep he got it and did nothing with it. he pointed at it for Dalton who jumped on making it with the assistance of Alysa. They both were apologetic even another teen Angelo stepped out and apologized as well. I am a manager as well and a simple I’m sorry from manager on duty, would of actually had me not posting this. But no concern actually had me asking the names of the 3 young employees that cared so I could post about that! The teen employees went above and beyond as well as the owner!

I like my Jersey Mike’s sandwiches. This location is pretty new so new kids working at this joint. The kid who dressed my sandwich drowned it with oil and vinegar so went home with a soggy sandwich :(Someone needs to show him how to do it right. Once they work out the kinks, I will sure to be back. I cannot live without my Jersey Mike’s sandwiches since I grew up in Jersey.

Ordered online added a few notes like«remove bread inside» and«sauerkraut» on the side and they had no problems with it. Got it all correct and ready for me to pick up only had to give my name. Friendly people and smiles and was in and out. The food was great and a really good value.

My first time to a Jersey Mikes today. Love the hot pepper relish. Reminds me of Lenny’s subs in San Antonio. My husband likes it even better than Lenny’s. #43 and #8 were both very good.

It’s a new store and has a young staff that is still learning. Sandwiches are a bit sloppy and just not up to JM standards yet. Owner seem up to the challenge. I am sure in a few months it will get on track.

New store finally opened. Sparkly new and smiling faces make a visit a pleasant experience. I moved up here from Dallas and left my beloved JM on Lovers behind me and I missed my #43. Stopped in today and it was everything I remember. I’ll be back often. Good luck up here in Allentown, I think we have a beautiful future together.
