Herb’s repaired hail damage on my truck in July of 2014. At the time, I was very satisfied with the results. Almost a year later I was having some issues with water leaking into my cab. Not knowing if it was related to the repairs I called Herb’s anyway to see if they could help me figure out the problem. They explained that it was probably not related to the work they did (i.e. they didn’t remove the windshield during the process) but they offered to take a look if I could stop by. I dropped my truck off at lunch and a couple hours later they called me to let me know that they had found the problem and it was fixed no charge. Turns out I had a clogged drain in the sunroof and it had nothing to do with the repairs they did. Excellent customer service — thank you!

My husband and I were rear ended at a stop light and after working with our insurance company, they recommended Herb’s for the repairs. They were able to get our car in within a day or so and had the parts and the repairs done within 2 days. We got texts and emails along the way informing us of what was going on with our car and when it was done, got a phone call telling us we could pick it up. They also offered to come and pick us up if we didn’t have a ride to the shop! When I went in to pick up the car, the customer service rep was friendly and informative and then she called Josh out to come and greet me. He walked me to the car, showed me the repairs, opened my door for me, and told me to call if I had any issues. A+ customer service and work. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing car repairs!

Weren’t very helpful in diagnosing my car. Said there was nothing wrong with it, when I brought it in after it was making weird noises. Then my radio and half the other stuff on my dash stopped working. Ended up going to the Dodge dealership where I bought my car and they were able to fix it immediately, free of charge, and there’s no problem with it whatsoever.
