Its been two years since I was a client. Among other things, they made me a crown — which as my new dentist has pointed out was just shoddy work. I am in so much pain right now, awaiting the surgery(or the extraction) of the tooth that doctor Hallock worked on herself. This was incompetant work!

Dr. Hallock is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. I’ve read other reviews about dentists over diagnosing and giving patients a hard sell to accept treatment plans, but that is NOT the case with Dr. Hallock. She is a competent and caring professional. Her staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

I found them by chance on Google, and I’m so glad I did. I see Dr. Hallock and she is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Her number one goal is making sure her patients are comfortable, and she really goes above and beyond. The office staff have been really helpful and accommodating as well. I would recommend her to anyone! My only complaint is that I didn’t start going there sooner.

I rec’d an e-mail MONTHS ago reminding me I was due for a cleaning. I answered back through their system to set an appt but no one ever contacted me. The next time I got a reminder I CALLED instead, on July 22nd. An Appt was made for Aug 25th and I received a confirmation e-maul with that date. Then last week I received a reminder e-mail for Sept 25th so I answered and asked them why I was being reminded of an appt on Sept 25th when I already have an appt on Aug 25th? No answer. I show up today for my AUG25th appt only to be told I do not have an appt on Aug 25th but on Sept 25th. I knew that was not correct but I was dismissed by a clearly disbelieving employee. I had to wait until I got home to dig up the July 22nd e-mail THEYSENTMECONFIRMINGAUG25th. When I got home there was an e-mail reminder sent since I left their office(still needing a cleaning) to tell me I was overdue. Talk about adding insult to injury! I am no longer a client, needless to say. I had no issue with the dental work or hygienist but at least some of the office staff need customer service(and maybe e-mail) training.
