My son purchased a preowned game from this Game Stop on a gift card he received from Christmas. I found the game unsuitable for his age and tried bringing it back within the 7 day policy. There was this long hair idiot at the counter that tried to say the game was new when purchased for $ 39.99, this was a used game when purchased (pulled from the «pre-​owned section». Then to add insult to the situation he offered to give back $ 13 for the game. Sure is sad when you can’t follow your own return policy. Will never do business with Game Stop again, what a crook…

This is the best GameStop I’ve ever shopped at. Sadly, GS stores are a revolving door of employees, so I know it can’t last — but this store feels like a friendly, neighborhood store. I love it. Brian is very helpful, and has helped me several times with putting items on hold when I was at work and couldn’t make it to the store for a few hours.
Sure, GameStop is a big mean corporation with some bad policies and kind of weak trade in values. But this is a special store. No pushy sales associates, friendly store manager, clean and tidy. A great store!

Wait for the buy two used games get one free deal. That how I got all my xbox games!
My usual strategy is go to the Best Buy first and check out the games there, if I can’t find anything good, I walk out of the store and walk to the gamestop, it’s on the left across from the parking lot.
During the holiday season they always have their buy 2 get one free used game sale. Best deal you can find anywhere!
Otherwise most of their new releases are pretty much the same price and games that have been out for a while are overpriced. I’d just buy on Amazon.

This Game Stop is great! I’ve only dealt with Dave but he is super nice and knows his stuff. He had great recommendations and they have some great trade in deals going on recently.
