Love a surgeon who tries to avoid surgery. Add keeping your appointments on time, and you have magic. I have seen Dr. Pahlavan twice, and I think he is great. He takes time to explain what you need to know, and after only one appointment, I could tell on my second visit that he remembered me. I appreciate a doctor that knows his patients.
