I lost a filling and called to make an appointment. The receptionist, who was very polite and very thorough, was able to get me in the same afternoon since it was causing me pain. On arrival, my time in the waiting room was very short — maybe 10 minutes, if that.
Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and seemed to enjoy their job. I was especially impressed with the dentist. I did not see Dr. Nik, I saw her associate. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name right this minute. Anyway, she offered to stay after hours to fix my tooth in order to avoid further damage. She was very knowledgeable and her voice/​manner was very comforting and caring. She even offered me a neck pillow to help me relax in the chair. I felt so at ease with her.
I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, but this was absolutely the best dental experience I have had in a long time.
