CVS Pharmacy

Rude rude rude! Pharmacist told me he could not fill my prescription and then starts closing the window on me! I will never go there again!

I have never had more issues with a pharmacy in my life than I had with the CVS Pharmacy on Stacy/​Angel.
Back story: I had a misprint on my insurance card. While I was waiting for a new card I still needed my prescription. On January 9, I picked up one of my prescriptions and was understandably charged the full amount of $### because my insurance card didn’t work. I returned within one week with my receipt and reprinted insurance card to get my refund, per their policy… but I was told the prescription I just picked up was not on file! After some back and forth and talking to the managers, I returned to CVS on February 2 and was refunded the $### but needed to pay a copay for the insurance card, okay fine. Thought it was all settled.
I just called today to ask if my next month’s refill was ready and was told that according to their computer system, I allegedly picked up my prescription on February 2, which I did not do!
Because the January prescription is not in their system, they illegally gave me that prescription and are now denying me February’s prescription to cover their own booties! I have the prescription and the receipts to prove it, but I am probably going to be SOL and will have to go without my prescription for a month nonetheless.
Oh, and the lady answering the phone to talk to me about it hung up on me.

We came in this evening at about 9:15, and they close at 10. My son has a pretty bad ear infection, and we needed to start the medication as soon as possible. They were so nice and accommodating, and got everything done for us within about 10 minutes. Brandon specifically was the one that we initially spoke with, and the one that checked us out. He was so sweet, and helped us in every way he could. I wish I could remember the other gentleman’s name (I believe he was the pharmacist), but his customer service was outstanding as well. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns.
Will definitely go back when the time comes to fill another prescription!
