Bought a groupon. Made an appointment thru website which took too much time as it is poorly designed. The spa sent me an email canceling my appointment. I tried several times to make an appointment thru the website but could literally not find any time available. I called the spa several times, left messages explaining the website appointment did not seem to be working. NEVER received a return call. Emailed asking for a call to set appointment. No call. Have not been able to make an appointment. Am now dealing with groupon to get a refund. I think it’s fair to say this spa is a sham and would be best to choose a more reputable business.

Valerie is awesome! Very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I started using a Groupon and continue to return because I love the countour and body wraps. She is the best thing about the treatment, she should charge me for counseling. I’ve gotten great results with the treatment.

Zero stars! Stay away from this place! Their personal customer service is terrible!!! I too had a Groupon that I purchased to help aid my workout routine and shed a few inches in preparation of my wedding. I was trying to cancel and reschedule an appointment from their mobile app which seems to not be compatible with my phone, or it just doesn’t work very well. When I went to their full site from my phone, it directed me back to their mobile app. Vicious loop! My computer at home is broken so this was my only option until work in Monday. I grew very frustrated and emailed them letting them know my problem. The owner than blamed me for the problems and sd that no one else has ever had any issues with their mobile app, which I find very condescending, arrogant and surely false. she said it was either user error or it is not compatible with my phone. I can assure you all, it was NOT user error. Nonetheless she argued with me saying that her app is Great so it must be me. When I further expressed my frustrations with this process she then refused service to me and told me to get a refund from Groupon bc they are a Christian company and I offended them! Are you guys kidding me?! What world do they live in? They remind me of that Seinfeld episode with the Soup Nazi, «No Soup For You!». I already scheduled an appointment with their competitor DFW Laser, with much ease I might add. They got me in right away for a consult and and I am very pleased with their service. Save yourself some time and a headache and go to DFW Laser. They offer basically the same services, but with a very hands on customer service approach.
