Barrows Matthew, MD – Dermatology & Sin Cancer Surgery Center

I’ve been a patient of Dr Matthew Barrows for over 10yrs… ive always had a great experience with his whole office staff… now that he is mainly in Mckinney… i still go to the Allen office and see Matt Bruno who is the Best! Always listens and exceeds my expectations… the nurses and office staff are so nice and professional they always put a smile on my face… i confidently recommend this office to anyone looking for a dermatologist

Worst visit by a provider, ever.
I was seen recently and the entire visit started off terrible because of a rude receptionist who looked put out that she had to be at work. She was on her cell phone the entire time and barely looked up to greet anyone who walked in. She was late getting my chart and letting anyone know she was there because she was busy on her phone. It wasn’t until I confirmed the appointment time that she actually put hands on my chart.
Then I get back to see the doctor and he spend maybe MAYBE 5 minutes with me discussing his diagnosis. I was visibly upset and he just left. The only good thing about the appointment was the nurse, who was very kind. I had many more questions and concerns but no one to ask.
I was do disappointed. I will never return to this practice and certainly will not refer anyone to them in the future.
