Had Classic Roast Beef Sandwich. Was fresh sandwich with plenty of roast beef. Just their standard sandwich. Like usual. It comes plain but I put Arby’s Sauce on it. Someone else got their Farmhouse Salad with no bacon & with Roast Turkey. It was fresh, crisp & plentiful. Plenty of roast turkey on it.
Water from soda filter was very sweet and had no unusual flavors.

Got two Turkey Club sandwiches with Onion Rings. The bacon on the Turkey Club looked like an afterthought. So I went to the manager. They added more bacon, but I have to say that if they had to make a duplicate of the picture it probably couldn’t happen. Manager is not customer oriented, obvious displeasure with my complaint. Find a different place to eat, bottom line.

I like the food but that’s about all.
Service is just so so. I hate the new trend of drive-thru’s with just 1 sign so I can’t decide what I want before I get to the order window. This location has always been that way and they want you to order NOW and not peruse the entire menu.
Funny that on the inside, they let you peruse the menu for a long time before they even show up to the front counter to take your order.

This location has been open for several years now; i have no idea why it’s not in Unilocal thus far. Located conveniently off of US75 at McDermott, it’s still new looking on the outside and serves up what you’d expect from Arby’s — roast beef. Today, however, I had a Reuben sandwich from their Market sandwich menu, and it was very good. The marbled rye could have been a bit more «rye-​y», but the meat, dressing and kraut were quite good. It’s also a substantial thing sizewise, though the meat isn’t packed in like Carnegie’s or anything.
Past visits have scored us tasty beef & cheddar sandwiches and turnovers. A good place to get your fast food fix!
