If I didn’t have to put a star, then I would not have. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never personally encountered a store manager more condescending and uninformed about her own store merchandise. The associates were lazy, rude, and spent more time gossiping about the customers than they did watching the floor. I used to be a manager at Aldo, and I will never shop there again even though I was previously a loyal customer. It was a complete disappointment in EVERY aspect!!! If Aldo’s new District Manager wanted the best for his or her district, I would highly suggest rethinking Aldo Store 2912’s entire staff. I know Hector would not be pleased.
