My favorite hand and body lotion and shower gel company. I always wait for the many sales they have to stock up. Great smells in store.

Bath and Body Works sells the yummiest smelling soaps ever, so I stop in every once in a while to restock. The associates are friendly and eager to help find a scent you’ll like. Never come here without a coupon. If you don’t have one, just do a Google search for«Bath and Body Works printable coupon». If you don’t have a printer but DO have a smartphone, they accept coupons on your phone as well. Their foam soaps are regularly $ 5.50 but I’ve never paid more than $ 2.30 apiece, stacking their internet coupons with whatever their current bulk promotion is… usually 6 for $ 20 and a $ 10 off $ 30 coupon will net you quite a large bag of goodies. You’re welcome to sample almost anything in the store, so take advantage. For those with allergies, you’re probably better off waiting outside, as it’s very fragrant inside.

The store is a bit narrow as the other reviewer mentioned and can be a bit crowded if there is a sale. I came when there was a sale and I thought the customer service was pretty good. This lady helped me get a bag because I was starting to get a lot of stuff. Although there was only one cash register I didn’t have to wait too long to pay. I felt all the girls who worked here were pretty friendly and helpful.

Extremely long and narrow store. Tight coverage, or as the one young lady said, «one on». She told me that the shrink is low, but my question was, «What about customer service?» How many people walk because you can’t reach them in time because you are tied up at the counter? Sometimes corporate retail theory is penny wise, pound foolish!
