Do not go here! I was lied to twice. Complete bait and switch. Told me one thing on the phone. After driving 30 minutes to the store they told me they could not honor the deal they promised. This happened twice! The manager apologized but offered no consolation.

Seena and Jake stayed late to hook us up with a new iPhone and were totally helpful! We came in right before closing and they were super nice and made sure we got everything we needed. They were able to find us extra savings in our plan and spent extra time to make sure we understood everything! We definitely will be coming back to this location in the future as they seems to have better service than some of the other locations nearby.

These guys are always trying to get you to spend more, no matter what they say. Sleezy Free tablet but your plan will be another 20 dollars a month for the next two years. Do the math yourself, find out what you want before you go in there, any offer they give you go home, google it and make an informed decision before you get stuck!

I am a long time Verizon customer! Many things are wrong with this place. Do not have an iphone customer trade their phone in for an Android! You are the Experts! LOL Especially when no one at the store knows how to even use the phone that they are selling! I went back into the store and talked to yet another sales person and still know one knows how to show me how to use this phone! I am now stuck with a phone that I can’t use for 2 years! All I want is my iphone back and it was a 4… It still works better than this Android!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! We were told last week $ 200 trade in for our I5 phones today we went in said we only get $ 122.00 really??? Customer service was awful!!! So called manager look like he just got out of high school! No one ever introduced them selves! And lost us as a customer! AT&T here we come!

This store has great customer service and this store’s manager, Adrian, is professional, helpful, and his customer service skills ROCK! We had a terrible experience on line two weeks before with Daniel O’Donnell from Verizon technical support, and came in person to the store to find answers to the questions Daniel could not answer for us. Through his extraordinary customer service, Adrian made everything right for us again and regained our loyalty as Verizon customers. Verizon is lucky to have Adrian on staff — he is the best!!!

I wish I could give less stars. There is a reason you never see the same person twice at this store. Over the past 6 months NONE of my issues have been resolved here. The last time I was in here the manager called customer service, handed me the phone and then walked away, never to speak to me again. Problem, again, not solved.

A total waste of time with poor customer service! To be fair, my problem is not entirely the fault of the Aliso Viejo Verizon store, it’s Verizon’s customer service in general. I went in today to get a new phone through Verizon’s upgrade program, but after two frustrating hours, I walked out with my same old phone. Apparently Verizon let someone open a family plan account fraudulently using my social security number. The fraudulent account went delinquent and has been closed. They previously asked me for a second form of identification, social security card, and utility bill, which I provided to them. They did not resolve the problem with the fraudulent delinquent account last year when they first became aware of it. At that time they ran my credit report and verified I was legitimate. I am not a new customer and have been with Verizon for about 15 years. The best they could do for me today was to tell me to come back next Tuesday and start all over because Verizon’s fraud department is closed on evenings weekends, and holidays. Very disappointing. Time to to shop around for a new phone carrier.

This store has great customer service! When food is excluded and product and service are the only thing left in a business, it’s very easy to get things right, and it’s also easy to get things very wrong; this store goes above and beyond in all the good ways. There is no hustle, there is no pushy up selling, just honest sales people selling modern phones/technology. Of course you will always find a bad egg in any bunch of people, but as far as this store goes, I have always had a pleasant experience shopping here. This Verizon store helped me out in a pinch today and they were very generous to me when they didn’t necessarily have to be. It shows they care about my patronage and that’s saying something.

Poor customer service, excessively long wait times, and inadequately trained staff. My last phones were incorrectly set up, and they failed to inform me of the availability of a protection policy for my phone, which is now too late to get. Maybe they have too many people, or maybe their training is bad, or both. Go to a better reviewed Verizon store than this one.
