Best quality and organized photography company out there BY FAR! These are probably the only photos I’ve seen that show a clear difference in the skill and experience this company has. Not many others actually pay attention to everything like adjusting camera settings the second the light changes or moving things out of the way that are visible in the background. :)

I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism that this company shows. Our team was not able to make the original picture day for our little league (many of our families are LDS, and spend Sundays with their families), so we planned to have our team and individual pictures taken at the makeup day, which was today.
When the photographer arrived, he refused to take a team photo, saying that he didn’t have the proper equipment. Last I checked, all you needed to take a photo was a camera, and he had one with him. Some of our parents pleaded with him, but he refused to budge. After getting into an argument with our league president, he packed up his stuff and left, so no one was able to take makeup pictures. This company just lost our business.

If you are a coach/​athletic director/​president of a league, THIS is the company you want to use for team pictures. I am the cheerleading advisor for the high school that I work at in San Diego. I have used RSB photo for team pictures of my girls for the past 6 years. They are wonderful company!
I have used other companies in the past for pictures and It was always a disaster. Either the day itself was completely disorganized, the pictures didn’t look right (No flash, too much flash, awkward poses etc…) or the picture orders were incorrect.
Once I decided to go with RSB photo, picture day was smooth sailing! They are incredibly organized so the actual picture day runs on schedule (imagine that!). We have always taken our pictures down at the beach, Randy always finds great ways to pose the kids. They use the proper lighting equipment so that you can see all the kids faces without shadows. The pictures are always gorgeous! The girls even like their pictures… and lets face it, teenage girls don’t EVER like the way they look in pictures :) They even formatted the photos for the Yearbook and Football program for us!
As a coach/​advisor I don’t need any additional hassles/​problems. Using RSB photo has made picture day one of the easiest tasks to complete during the season.

My son took his all star pictures at the end of June and we still have not received them. I e-​mailed and called twice and called once before the owner got back to me by e-​mail on Sept 14^th. He told me they had the wrong address for me, and that the photos were returned. I have no idea why they didn’t call me to tell me this, since my number is on the order form. I e-​mailed him back on the 14^th with my correct address and I still have not received the pictures or any kind of communication. I find this to be very unprofessional and very frustrating!
