Come to Aaron Brothers for your frames! I’ve been meaning to get a frame for my poster for about a month now and finally came in for my frame. All the frames are 50% off. I needed an 18×24 frame. The prices ranged from 29.99−54.99 retail. At 50% off you only will spend $ 15-$ 23 for a glass and wooden frame. I’m not a very artsy or home person so I wasn’t 100% sure if my poster would fit. I was asked if I needed help and told the gentleman my situation. He immediately put on gloves and used caution to carefully measure my poster and let me know it would fit. Following he helped me purchase it. Customer service was great. Other reviews mention they spent a lot time waiting — I was here an hour before closing on a week day so that was a good time for me! At target or Walmart you’re lucky to even talk to a person much less get it personally and carefully measured. So thank you Aaron brothers! I’ll be back for anything else I need to frame.

Super customer service in the framing department. I can’t complain about my experience as I love all the work that they have done in our place with pictures.

The worker could not have cared less about helping me find a frame. He was so rude. I also saw him be rude to the next customer, so I guess it wasn’t just me.

I have been to Aaron Brothers twice within the last couple weeks. Both times there was one woman working the entire store. My first visit I brought a painting to get customer framed. The poor woman that was working was trying to help me, ring up customers in the front, and answer phone calls. Her time with me was interrupted several times(at least 7) so that she could juggle all of the other things going on. When I said something about there needing to be more staff, she mentioned that there was another worker however they were in the back. Today I went back to pick up my painting and the same exact lady was there working up front by herself while the other mystery worker was on a phone call in the back. This time I waited even longer. I was their at least 30 min waiting to pick up my painting. The woman in front of me said she had been there 2 hours trying to get custom framing because the worker had to keep running around to ring up and assist other customers and answer the phone. I must say that the worker Ellen was AMAZING despite the chaos. She handled the stress of running around, multi tasking, assisting at least 15 customers very well. She was still friendly, smiled, and collected. I will not be going back to Aaron Brothers. To only have one worker on the floor during the holiday season is unacceptable.

Accept it. Nothing happens quickly at Aaron Brothers. And custom framing is something that takes time. That said, don’t come into this place on the last valid day of a framing coupon and expect to be in and out. All the procrastinators(myself included) decided to get all their precious artwork framed on the day I came in and there were only 2 employees at that time(1 of them was in training). People were getting grumpy and started getting rude. Most of it was unwarranted in my opinion. I have to say that the lady helping me, Anna, was very professional and did not lose her cool. She helped me as quickly as possible without making me feel rushed. I even made a snarky comment about the rude people and she didn’t nod in agreement or say anything. I have to say I was impressed. She was even patiently helping her trainee in between. She wasn’t exactly a ray of sunshine, but she didn’t have to be, she just needed to get it done and she did. I’ll add the final star once I see how my framing turned out!

Art supplies are so expensive, hence the«starving artist syndrome», but I will say that Aaron Brothers tries to mitigate that problem by providing a wide range of high quality products, savings coupons and sales(i.e. «Buy 1 Canvas, and Get the 2nd for one penny or 40% off Golden Paints, etc). Today, I had the pleasure of working with Ellen, who was nice enough to show me how to get more bang for my buck. She is what all sales staff should be: Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ellen could teach the seemingly lost art of customer service and deserves 5 stars for her competence, intelligence and delightful demeanor. We shall return!

The Assistant Manager Hommerah is very rude, a lot of people complain about her. Even her coworkers quietly told me that she is not an honest person and I shouldn’t deal with her. Even though the rest of the workers are pretty nice, unfortunately the management is to blame for all the unsatisfied customers.

I have had two horrible experiences at this location. The first one was about six months ago and I addressed it directly with the store. Essentially I was ignored for about 30 minutes while the employees enjoyed personal conversations. After talking with management I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ultimately a return visit. This last visit will be my last. I arrived with two art framing projects. The first lady that helped me was friendly enough but it was obvious that she had no interest of meeting my request of trying to save money — their secret codes on the back of the frames and matting causes some big shifts in prices… after the first project was done she said, «I’m off work now» and walked away to get another employee. About 5 minutes later the second employee(a manager?) arrived. This woman is exceptionally rude, uncaring, and unfriendly. She obviously knows her stuff and is an expert at framing but she was abrasive, unhelpful, and very obviously hates her job and her life. She has no business interacting with customers. Fortunately she treated everyone equally and I saw her act the same to her employees and other customers. She is probably the wife of the owner or something, which explains a lot. It is obvious that morale is not a concern at the store. The $ 750 project(for 38″ x 12″ frame!) she«negotiated» the price down to $ 400 then $ 300 after asking me how much I was planning on spending! What the heck is that? Tells me that they are 1) Exceptionally overpriced from the beginning — taking advantage of people, and 2) nothing more than used car sales folks. But none of this tops the real problem. My 18×14 matting was actually 18×14.5 and didn’t fit in my standard frame that I had them cut it for. They can’t even cut a matting to length! I had to literally trim it down myself to fit it in the frame. With a $ 40 custom matting you think they would actually be able to cut it properly.

This place always has such a good selection of custome framing. I have a really eclectic taste in frames and am usually able to find something unique for my art pieces. I’ve really enjoyed the fun and varied gift items and merchandise one wouldn’t expect to necessarily find here also. I have to say it’s been fun the last few months to check out what’s new at Aaron Brothers when i’m in the center picking up pet supplies nearby. The ladies that have helped me have been very helpful and friendly also. Can’t wait to see their holiday stuff.

UPDATE: Because of my 100% true review of what Aaron Brother’s has become — from a real 8-year customer that has spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this location… just because I know one of the employees personally(who I’ve been working with on framing for the last 3-years)…they FIREDHER. A company FIRED an employee because a customer stood up for her! Need I say any more about what kind of company this is!!! Aaron Brothers, you should be ASHAMED of yourself! How can anyone bring business to such a despicable place…

Need some frames or art supplies? Well, you’ve come to the right place. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location — or any AB location, for that matter. We’ve had a few things framed here — and totally use a coupon you find online for custom framing jobs — and each time they come out very nicely. There’s always a sale going on — and if you can get over the sticker shock from a custom job then I’m sure you’ll be pleased with the work they do at Aaron Bros.

Their customer service is pretty bad I had to ask 3 times for someone to come to the register so I could pay for my items. The store was dead I think all the employees were in the back or something. Aaron Brothers is awesome regardless and has things for any art project you wanna start! They give you a coupon on your receipt for next time so don’t throw it away!

Wasn’t helped by anyone. When I finally found the type of sketchbook I wanted I waited at the checkout for well over 3 minutes. With no sales associate in sight I left the sketchbook and pencils on the counter and walked out the door and headed to micheal’s across the street. You would think in this economy they would want someone to be waiting to take my money but maybe they were short staffed? Frame selection looked good though but I doubt I’ll be going back.

Came here for the penny sale. Since they don’t have carts or bags, I ended up bringing things to the check out section. I asked the guy at the counter if it was okay for me to leave things I was going to purchase on the empty table next to him. He said, no problem(with a smile). I continued to shop and brought many frames, canvas’, etc. When I came by with the last of the things I was to purchase, the table which I had piled the previous items to purchase was empty. I asked the guy where my items were. He told me he doesn’t know. I reminded him that I asked him to hold my items till I’m done shopping. He smiles and tells me that someone else must have moved them. Was he not paying attention? I was very irritated and purchased only the things in my hands and went to another Aaron Brother’s store. With this type of attention, I rather not shop here again.

The manager of this shop helped me find the perfect frame and matte for my Ketubah, and then helped me find a perfectly suitable alternative that was in my price range, complete with museum quality glass and a mounting system completely free of acids or adhesives, easily earning them the fifth star. I will definitely be coming back here for any similar needs in the future!
