$ 15.00 charge just to process an order.
$ 150.00 /​hour is their rate, even if it is merely sending you a copy of information you already bought and paid for.
Equipment costs, that they say they get best pricing for is 50% more than easily found on internet.
Long involved «ticket» process where you must sign an agreement that gives all advantage to them with little protection for yourself.
They worked on our systems for about a year and a half and never got it right.
Huge waste of time, money and energy.
