The End Zone

The food here is super delicious. I took my mom and 2 aunts, they loved it. We also got to here a band playing and they were hilarious. The burgers are huge and super juicy. I got lemon pepper wings and they could have used a bit more seasoning. We also felt bad because the bartender was our server but he did a great job.
The hostess could have helped a bit more, all she was doing was talking to some guys or outside on the phone. I know it was late at night and all but she could have made an effort to help the staff since they had a huge party in one section.

I visited this new restaurant as part of an office party. We went during the lunch hours of 11:30 — 12:30. I ordered the End Zone burger which was delicious. It was traditional burger with lettuce, tomato, meat and cheese. I dressed the burger with mayonnaise and mustard since they did not add any condiments to it. I’m assuming this is their standard practice on the End Zone burger? Not sure though. The fries were good too. The environment is comfortable and has plenty of seating room. The waitress we had was polite and attentive. The only complaint that I have is that when I walked up to the counter to pay for my meal I was not properly greeted. Another customer was there before me and the clerk was apologizing to him for having taken so long to help him. What she does next I do bit understand?! As soon as she finishs with that customer, she walks away without even acknowledging me! I wait patiently as a couple of other workers walk past me… none of them saying something to me like «someone will be right with you.» This was bad. I eventually called the clerk that walked away from me initially over to where I was standing as she attempted to walk past me again! They need to work on their service.
