Located at the corner of 6th and Valley. The outside sign says Sizzling King Yummy Tea House. Very small inside. There’s two booths, one table in the corner and two seats outside. There are the usual drinks you can get at any teahouse. I tried the yogurt green tea. It’s ok. It has a filtered yogurt taste and none of the green tea. Food looks interesting though. Unlike a lot of other teahouses, this offers several types of dumplings, including the xlb. I’ll have to come back and try some. Dunno how long they’ve been opened. They do offer stuff other teahouse don’t: honey boba, popping pearl, xlb as examples. And they aren’t heavy on the usual fried snacks. It’s next to a auto shop and a bit from Banh Mi, so if you aren’t satisfied, you know where to go.

They have occupied the«old» Sizzling King, that sign is still up. BUT, their menus all say Yummy Tea House. They have an all new menu which is different than the previous management. They are more heavy on the tea House drinks with limited menu items and Lunch menu items also. Even if limited, it is quite varied! The lot is still small in the back, which during the day is shared among the other tenants in the building. There is some street parking, but that’s touch and go. I have tried 2 dishes, the XLB and the Pan fried Bread soup dumplings. They were OK, good and piping hot. BTW, they also gave me some fried pastry with coconut inside! Yummy! I guess, they were trying that dish out! Good Stuff! Service was nice. It’s just starting out, I want to see how their other dishes and teas shape up. So, I’m giving the 4 stars for now!
