The Jennie Do

Jennie was my makeup and hairstylist for my wedding. She cut my bangs very short a week before my wedding, and as a result my bangs kept covering one side of my eyebrow and eye, which turned out to be very bad for most of my wedding pictures. I was very unhappy about that and it definitely added stress to my wedding. Also she somehow decided to stand right next to/​in front of my only maid of honor in the entire ceremony. So of course when I got the pictures, she was in most of the ceremony pictures :(:(:(I don’t understand why she would want to do that, but that’s what happened to me. I would never want a stranger to be in my wedding pictures especially when there were only the bride and the groom with the best man and maid of honor, but Jennie was there! @_@

First of all, I want to thank Jennie for her availability and great work for my sister’s wedding. I found Jennie through Unilocal the night before my sister’s wedding when she was informed by her stylist that he does not do house calls!!! Imagine the frustration of trying to find a reputable stylist for a wedding! I called a few places in Alhambra and no one was available but when I came across Jennie’s number and reviews I had a positive impression. Needless to say, Jennie was available, did a great job on such short notice, and her pricing was very fair. Normallly, Jennie meets with the bride and/​or bridal party prior to the appointment to get a really good idea of the style but in this case it was impossible. She ended up doing the bride’s hair style in a vintage sytle and did my hair in a fun curly style (I have short hair)…She rose to the occasion and did a great job. We were very happy with her service and for saving the day in a major way!!!

Jennie is a talented and wonderful stylist and cosmetologist. She really loves what she does, and deserves more than five stars. Im so happy my sisters and I found her, she does a magnificent job for a great price. I am definitely making her my permanent hairstylist. I highly recommend her services.

Jennie loves doing hair. She does a lot of weddings and we used her backstage for Woman of Achievement in 2012!
