I came here because I want to solve the problem of my acne skin, I tried once and it works awesome! My skin looks better. I’ve been going for only two times so far and 60% of my acne has gone. My skin looks smoother than before and I think my next step would be treating the blemish. I will keep going! Miya and Karen are all very professional in treating acne.

I have been going to this place about 2 years now, and I like it. I tried a few therapists there and they are all very professional and did good job. If you are new and trying to find someone for the first time, I recommend Milky, she is an expert. She knows everything about skin care and easy to communicate with. She takes care of my skin every time I go there now.

This place is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend my friends to come here. Please be aware whatever you purchase here is nonrefundable. They would get mad if you ever ask. They’re overpriced, you can find a decent groupon each time when you want a facial than having a 10 times package committing to the place. They do a good job but every time I go to other facial places I always found a better service than here.

I had a regular facial today. Nancy is awesome. She has been in the beauty area for 20 years. Defiantly coming back. Bought the 10 time facial package

Angle’s service was great. She explained everything clearly to me. The slimming treatment feel good and I lost 3 lbs right after it.

Really good facials! Facials are around an hour and half! Louie is really nice and is really helpful in explaining the different kinds of facials that works best with tour skin type. Also, Miya usually helps me and she is really nice and does a really good job!!!

Louie has one of the best customer services that I’ve encountered from all of my experiences with different beauty spa stores. The beauticians Miya & Nancy are excellent & will accommodate to each customers needs. I highly recommend this place!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
This is honestly the worst place you could go to get a facial.
Why?
Because you get a complimentary eyebrow shave with your facial.
Yes, you read that correctly.
But hey, if you are tired of your eyebrows, this is the place to go!
I was literally in love with my eyebrows before I stepped into this place. It may have needed some plucking due to stray hairs, but it definitely did not need a total reshaping/​SHAVE. SHE USED A SHAVER. REALLY. WHY.
After I had complained for several minutes to the seemingly apologetic lady at the front desk, she told me that this would not happen the next time. What in the entire freaking universe makes her think that I will come back at all? She offered me nothing more than reassurance that nothing like this will happen.
She also told me that no one has ever complained about their eyebrows after their appointment. Well, there isn’t exactly a mirror in the room. Had I not gone to the bathroom in the back to check, I would have walked out without a word.
Also, she kept pointing out that it was complimentary. WELL, surgery could be complimentary, but would you cut off someone’s thumb without asking.
I guess I should also address the facial. It was mediocre. The lady was supposed to leave the mask on for 30 min and did not come back for 45 – 50 min. Not even once to check on me.
This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had.
