I by far have never had the worst service… Until I came into this place. Walked in with a simple request. Looking for a clip(magazine) for a small caliber pistol. not a big deal right? We’ll after a few minutes of standing there(which the place was empty) the gentleman(middle aged Asian) came to see what we needed… I told him and in a very sarcastic tone told me that if I found it in the pile I would be paying over $ 80 dollars. really. never again. and if you’re in the market for any accessories… Please do yourself the favor and drive s little further.

This review is simply because you go onto other local guns shops Unilocal pages and complain about their prices. Unprofessional and rather immature, however if you are going to act that way you may want to setup a Unilocal account not tied to your business.

Terrible customer service from the shop owner. He didn’t even seem like he wanted you in the store and had the nerve to try to sell us parts that were literally five times what anyone else wants. Most of the products in the store are old surplus goods. The prices were high. I suggest you take yourself anywhere else. This is one of the worst gun shops in Los Angeles county!

A bit over priced. Came in looking for a stripped .223 lower and they have a Stag Arms for $ 180.00. I picked up the same lower POST Obama’s second term for $ 120.00 and the same place still sells them for that price. Nobody inside really willing to help. It’s kind of a cross between a gun shop and late 90’s electronics storage. Don’t mind the lawn mower right next to the front door either.

Prices are ridiculous, staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes not. A lot of cool stuff, but they don’t drop their prices easily.

YIKES!!! If you are at this place and don’t care about customer service… please do yourself a favor and click the back button on your browser NOW. If you are still interested cause there are no gun store close enough in Alhambra. Try Bain and Davis family friendly environment great gunsmith in Valley Blvd. and New Ave., or gunrunner in Duarte, and another in Temple City. So don’t get desperate. I have a feeling the good reviews this store gets are from friends or the owner put a gun on their head. The attendant was a nice guy but the real problem is the owner. The asian owner is a mental case and charges too much for everything. I took my AR because i didnt want to buy the tool(after this incident i bought all AR tools) my forend rail require a specific tool because it didnt have the standard barrel nut. Anyway, when i picked up my rifle. The upper was in pieces they dismantled everything including the barrel. So i simply made a remark that i didnt think it would require to dismantle everything. The attendant explained why and so i said okay i didnt know that. All of a sudden this asian ahole comes up irritated raising his tone. He started arguing with me. I told him i wasnt pissed i was simply asking a question. But this man kept yelling stating that he’s been doing this for 30yrs blahblah. I approached him a shook his hand and asked him why he is so angry. There were other costumers there and i can tell they are confuse about this guys attitude as well. Again i told him thank you for the job and for charging me $ 45. If Bain and Davis didnt have a back log with their gunsmithing i wouldnt have to deal with this unprofessional metchant.

I have been to many gun stores, mostly of the Big Chain Variety, and for the last year or so only found crap at those stores, no ammo of any kind at any price and no worthy pistols or revolvers available at all!!! Came upon this place by chance(easy to miss) and got a refreshing surprise of the number and selection of semi-pistols(my interest) and purchased 2 handguns, I have to admit that they weren’t cheap but I was just glad to even have found them for sale, the whole process was fast and easy and they are very helpful with any questions, am really tired of those too big for everyone kind of gunshops, will continue to shop here.

This is a totally terrible shop!!! The price of everything is totally crazy expensive than other place! I am new gun buyer and I don’t know much about gun and price. The owner charged the way more price than the market price. Please compare other store’s price before you buy. All buyer be ware. Never come again. I had extremely bad experience here.

EuroArms is an Old School type of shop. The reason why everyone complains about their prices is because they can’t compete with stores like turners. It’s stores like turners that are killing the local gun shops in Los Angeles. You’ll find great Gun Smithing here over 30yrs worth. And cheaper services fee’s than turners.

Went into this place looking for a nice mom & pop gun store only to be greeted by a nervous gun store owner that made me feel nervous. Did not like the vibe here at all. Prices, give me a break! Beretta m9 a1 for $ 750.00. Why is this guy still in business??? It’s worth the drive to orange county for decent gun stores I guess-I know! What a joke-shouldn’t have given the 1 star but he did actually have ar’s …

Euro Arms is by far the shadiest Gun Shop i’ve been to! They’ve got a Great selection of Pistols, Rifles Was also suprised to see an Ak-47 for sale since all the other Gun shops i’ve been to didn’t have any in stock. BUT the dude just over charges for everything… I mean i know some guns r expensive but this guy just rapes u with his prices. I bought a mossberg 500 for 250 $ out the door, but at his place its 370 $ out the door. Saw a Saiga 308. for 600 $ out the door but at his place it was 740 $! Those r just a few to name but ive gone in a bit and the guy just does it for everything.

«Frankly, being a liberal in a niche that’s filled with conservatives, I always feel a bit like the person who shows up to a Disney Hall piano concerto wearing short pants.» Euroarms in Alhambra has a familiar story. In this age of Big Box stores, it’s that small local shop that has stood the test of time, managing to escape the insatiable jaws of heartless chain stores. Like a leftover crumb that was missed at a Weight Watchers convention(sorry), Euroarms sits in plain view waiting to be snatched. Similar surviving independent shops have had their lives spared only because they sit just beyond arms reach to make it worth the effort for competitors. So there, in an odd corner of San Gabriel on West Valley Blvd., sits Euroarms. A place where slick new items share space with dusty relics who stand ready to serve their unique task. Regarding pricing, the numbers are what one would expect from a small specialty store. That means close to manufacturers retail price for new items, and somewhat flexible prices for used. Regarding selection, they carry guns that are current and trendy, such as Glocks and anything with a composite stock, but they also carry some collectibles and customized items; a major reason why I have followed them through two locations and years of customer loyalty. Regarding service, that’s my Reason #2, and the group love that we all have for small specialty stores. Great customer service. Lastly, regarding knowledge, let’s talk about that critical element a bit deeper. According to Google maps, Euroarms is 10.8 miles and 26 minutes from my home. Turner Outdoor’s, a chain shop that I visit for essentials, is only 5.7 miles, or almost half the distance. My point is that I gladly travel farther because of this last point, Euroarms’ knowledge. When it comes to purchasing guns, you don’t want someone who’s being paid low wages to be spilling canned knowledge. More importantly, you don’t want to be dissed if you ask a seemingly dumb question. Although I’m experienced, I feel for newbies who I see at chain stores asking perfectly reasonable questions, but are snubbed with a snooty answer delivered from a guy who wears his insecurity on his shoulder. Not respectful or smart. Euroarms is the antithesis to this. For a new gun owner, patience, understanding, and safety should be the order of the day. For me, I appreciate their deep knowledge about the very latest Federal and State laws. Euroarms’ owner will literally cite and share documents about specific laws that ultimately help me decide about modifications or purchases. Think, local hardware store vs. Home Depot. Frankly, being a liberal in a niche that’s filled with conservatives, I always feel a bit like the person who shows up to Disney Hall piano concerto wearing short pants. I can walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk, but others can see that I don’t quite fit. Euroarms, on the other hand, could care less. They welcome everyone and serve astounding knowledge. Oh. And drive a mile east for great Phở afterwards.
