Irvine, CA
First time here. It’s the fourth store of the chain. Cuisine of Guilin, Guangxi Province, which is famous for rice noodle with sour (pickled green beans and pickled cabbage) and spicy flavor. Great food for me (from Northern China) although I’m not sure whether it’s really authentic. Recommend their sour and spicy beef rice noodle soup (酸辣牛肉汤米粉), ultimate noodle (醉粉), and herbal tea (五花茶).
