The staff was kind and extremely helpful. We really appreciated all the back and forth she did to find the items we needed. She tried her best to find the curtains that we were looking for and when they didn’t have the items in the store, she called nearby stores to see if they had it in stock and put them on hold for us. They have items at decent prices, but it’s a classic example of getting what you’re paying for. Bought some area rugs and shower curtains. Both items basically disintegrated after a couple months after light usage. I also bought a shower caddy. First thing the lady said to me was«No returns» in a pretty rude manner. Not sure what prompted that, but I should’ve just left after that. Sure enough, the caddy didn’t last very long before rusting. Might pay more at places like BB and Beyond, but at least their CS is way better and so is their return policy.

so recently my family decided to move to another area so we bought new furnitures, beddings and everything. my parents decided to buy some pillow cases from anna’s linens, the pillow cases were a great deal since they were on sale. not being sure of the sizes of the new pillows, my mom bought the standard size for the pillow cases. she came home trying to fit the pillows into the pillow cases along with the plastic wrap and noticed that the pillow cases were somewhat short in length. so she decided to go for an exchange for sizes the second day. the sales representatives were quite rude and provoking after hearing my mom’s intention for an exchange. they smelled the pillowcases(literally every sales associate smelled the pillow cases in hope to find shampoo/hair smell? = =) and told my mom there’s no exchange since my parents have already used them. My mom constantly told them she didn’t use them and she just tried the fitting. They didn’t believe her and refused for an exchange. i mean. i had nothing against this place and i gotta admit that sometimes they do have great deals on sale items. But i’ve never went in for a return or exchange before till now. yeah, the sales are nice and helpful when they are trying to sell their items to you, but they seem to have really really bad customer care or after sale care and that made me feel uncomfortable and i can’t trust the store anymore. i would not go to this store ever again!

I went in there and didn’t think the price are that good comparing to what they advertise it to be. Left without buying anything. The service was whatever and the place was a bit messy, to be honest.
