I’ve been attending the school since 2011, the school policies change very often! Students here complain about this a lot.
The lady at the front desk who collect the tuition is friendly and helpful.

I have been coming here since 2010 and it is consistently great. They offer affordable Accupuncture that is covered by most insurance plans. First consultation + Accupuncture session is free and every session thereafter is $ 12. The staff is friendly and professional. The reason its so cheap is because you are treated by Accupuncturists in training; in other words, students. I love students though, because they are down to earth, they are passionate about what they are learning and they are really careful because they want to please you (the client), and their teacher (who comes into the room during every consultation to observe and make suggestions).
The environment is very simple, nothing fancy or spa-​like; reminiscent of a hospital more than a silver lake massage parlor. They offer water in the waiting room and some crappy magazines but luckily one is never waiting too long.
There is always free parking in the lot. While most students/​teachers/​staff are Chinese or Taiwanese, they all speak clear and perfect English. Everyone is super friendly.
They sell natural Chinese medicine that they may or may not recommend depending on what you are struggling with/​blockages you may have, but these are also very affordable.
I love this place. I plan to come every week this summer!
