Another experience here of leaving Email, texts and voicemail and receiving no response whatsoever. Clearly too busy to care about jobs they don’t want. Utterly unprofessional.
Avoid if you like customer service.

I sent in an email to see about having an over-​the-​air installation in my home. Another company recommended Plugged In to me. They did not respond to my email, so I called the phone number which had a very unprofessional sounding message. I left a message and that was not responded to either. Zero stars.

So I’m a cord cutter and proud of it.
One of the first things I did when I bought a new home was get an antenna installed. I don’t think you can convince me right now to go back to cable, but that is another story in and of itself.
My new home didn’t have an antenna installed, so I started calling a few places to get their prices. To be honest, nearly all of them were in the same price range, so it wasn’t like one of them was half or ¾ths the price of the others. We’re talking about a few bucks one way or another.
After exchanging some e-​mails and telephone calls, I decided on Plugged In Audio Video. Corey was extremely helpful over the phone and knowledgeable about antennas and what kind of reception I might receive. He was also very flexible and understood my timeline as well.
All in, I highly recommend Plugged In Audio Video to anybody looking for a GOOD antenna installer.
