I’ll be back again for the Motz sticks!!! I also put Big Mac Sauce on my McDouble for only .30 cents extra and it was great! I love McDonalds! you guys hiring???

Don’t order large fries here. EVERY time I do, you have to ‘pull up’ and then they ALWAYS forget the damn ketchup. Friendly interactions with staff usually, but service readiness not good at all.

This McDonalds is not bad. The staff are usually friendly both at the counter and the window.
I stop here once a week for the $ 1 large coffee. It’s not as good as Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, but for the price, it’s worth the quality.
My only complaints are that the window is slow and because of the traffic and layout, it’s difficult to head east after picking up drive thru… you need to make a lap around the lot again and head to the traffic light. Not too convenient for the eastbound Algonquin commute!

This place was seriously the friendliness most informative McDonald’s I have ever visited. Me and my friends visit a lot of ‘em and we were beyond pleased with the service and the great deals.

This place was great!
The staff was incredibly friendly and gave my friends and I free sauce for my chicken nuggets. The fries were served hot and the bathrooms were clean. I ate like a king and loved every second.
Anyone who has said bad things about this establishment has obviously never visited a McDonalds in the city of Chicago where they charge you an extra 50 cents for ketchup/​sauces and pretty much throw your food on your tray. I will be back if I’m ever in the area.

Ok, so everyone knows about McDonalds, but if you have been stuck in a ice glacier for the past 45 years, this is one of the biggest burger places in the country and maybe the world. As a kid, my brother and I would argue which was the best McDonalds, thinking each had the best of something to offer. This location is the closest to my house, so we visit it the most. They really need to do a better job at quality control. The french fries were nasty cold as if they had been sitting out for a long time. We waited an eternity in line and we thought at least we were waiting for fresh fries. NOT the case.

Don’t order food for more then 2 people at the drive thru here, it wont be right, I promise. They dont speak english to well, they argued w/​me when I told them that my order was wrong and the manager was no help at all. I called corporate and they are sending me gift cards and will notify the manager of his actions… the best line to use: YOU NEED TO DO YOUR JOB ALOT BETTER. I know its MACDONALDS, but when my girl’s 10 yr old & his friends want double cheeseburgers after 3 hrs of soccer… GET IT RIGHT!
